Using our services, we make it simple and affordable, using plain english, to set up this legal structure.

Not only do we complete the full legal/taxation set up of your SMSF, importantly, our fixed service fee includes liaising personally with clients to assist in:

* applying and obtaining the SMSF ABN
* obtaining full ATO Complying Fund status (required to be able to receive 'roll-overs' and ongoing employer contributions)
* opening the SMSF bank account
* completing "roll-over" forms

We are there for you during the whole process.

We also specialise in setting up the legal structure and formalities that enable your SMSF to borrow money to purchase investment properties (subject to obtaining professional independent investment/financial advice). Your SMSF can also buy and sell shares and other qualifying investments.

All of the below structures and services include GST and include face to face meetings in our offices to explain all documentation and to make sure all forms are properly completed and signed correctly.
